Terms & Conditions

1. Payment
Sessions must be paid via BEFORE your appointment. Payment secures your session time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and apply your payment to a future session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals
Sessions start at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will end at the original end time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show.

4. Health & Safety
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for movement.
Inform your stretch therapist of any injuries, pain, or health conditions prior to your session.
KenYouReach is not a substitute for medical treatment — consult your doctor if you have health concerns.

5. Professional Boundaries
Assisted stretching is a professional wellness service. Respectful conduct is required at all times.
