Refund Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and apply your payment to a future session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.
2. Late Arrivals
Sessions start at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will end at the original end time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel with proper notice, credit can be applied toward your next booking.
